Requirements :
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for the position –
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing & analytics.
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new digital marketing and growth strategies to drive user acquisition.
- Manage ad network and publisher relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee campaigns.
- Lead full-funnel experiments of campaigns and find out scaling opportunities.
- Test new platforms and channels to drive more growth for the company.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams for cross-functional growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau to track growth.
- Apply A/B testing to get marketing strategies and insights.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts.
