Requirements :
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital marketing and strategies.
- Proven experience in content marketing to create engaging digital content
- Solid understanding of Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in Paid ads tools such as Google ads, Meta Ads etc.
- Solid understanding of On page SEO, Off page SEO and technical SEO including Keyword Research, link-building strategies, Content optimization etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a digital marketing manager, your primary role is to Train and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Plan, Develop, implement and Optimize existing and new digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, social media marketing, guest blogging, and other methods to enhance domain authority of the company website.
- Plan, create and optimize paid ads campaigns on Meta, Google Youtube and other channels profitably.
- Create and promote engaging and shareable content across various platforms.
- Generate leads for the company
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports about the digital marketing efforts.
