Requirements :
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA etc)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Proficiency in Paid ads platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create paid ads campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms.
- Design and develop email marketing campaigns
- Keyword research and Identify and analyze relevant keywords to optimize new existing content for on page SEO.
- Develop and implement On page SEO, off-page SEO strategies and Tecgnical SEO for the clients. Including keyword research, link building, social media marketing, guest blogging, and other methods to enhance domain authority of the company website.
- Create and promote engaging and shareable content across various platforms.
- Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ) to amplify content distribution, engage with audiences, and create a positive brand image.
Salary Offered :
The salary offered by Damsole for Digital Marketing Manager role is 2.4 – 4.2 LPA .
