Requirements :
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA etc)
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and advertising
- Proficiency in digital advertising and ads tools like Meta ads campains, Google ads campaigns, and youtube ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in education or ed-tech industry is a bonus
- Must have passion for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Develop, implement and Optimize digital advertising strategies.
- Plan, create and optimize paid ads campaigns on Meta, Google and other channels profitably.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, retargeting campaigns, setup meta pixel and performance dashboards.
